First Holy Communion & Reconciliation
St Joan of Arc 'currently registered Parish Families' of children in Year 3 attending the 9.15am Mass on Sunday mornings regularly and living within the St Joan of Arc Parish Boundary, may apply for the Parish programme.
The First Holy Communion programme takes place during the Academic School Year 3 (7-8 year olds) for Parish families. To join our next programme, you must live and worship in our parish of St Joan of Arc's. You are encouraged to continue attending your own local parish where you currently attend and are registered.
The FHC programme is run by the parish and is not 'school or friend led', please keep this in mind and contact your local parish as soon as possible. FHC is not
required when applying for a place at All Hallows.
What does the First Holy Communion Programme Involve?
A group of volunteers Catechist prepare the children for First Holy Communion and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Preparation for First Holy Communion
9.15 am Mass every Sunday (January - June)
Several Parent and Catechist led workshops over the 6 month period
